All homes are supplied fully furnished and also include integrated appliances in the kitchen. External skirting is bricked in and the garden area will be landscaped. Each home benefits from a driveway adjacent to the home wherever possible.
Please note: All homes purchased carry a 12 month residential site license allowing permanent and secured tenancy via the mobile homes act agreement 1983.
